SKATING EDGE  Terms and Conditions
With effect from 1 January 2016

To ensure full safety and enjoyment members MUST follow our terms and conditions whilst on the premises , failure to follow theses will result in membership being revoked and members banned from entering the premises again.

Terms and conditions are as follows:-:

1)  Skating Edge Academy has the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

2)  All Members skate at their own risk, Skating Edge Academy accepts no responsibility for any accidents or        harm whilst skating at Skating Edge Academy..

3)  Skating Edge Academy will ensure that the center is managed appropriately in order to ensure a safe
               environment for all skaters.

4)  All accidents must be reported to an instructor or member of staff.

)  All skaters will be charged an entrance fee and there is no free re- entry if a skater leaves                              the 
premises during a skating session.

6)  Parent spectators will not be charged a re-entry fee.  

7)  Bad or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

8)  Dangerous, reckless or unsafe skating is not allowed. Please consider other skaters.

9)  Chewing gum is NOT prohibited inside the building.

10) No food and drinks must be consumed ON the floor but must be consumed in the viewing area.

11) Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed on the premises. 
      Failure to comply will result in membership being withdrawn and charges pressed if necessary.

12) Parents will be held accountable for their child’s behaviou
r whilst on the premises.

13) Everyone must follow instructions given by instructors and from signs posted around the skating area            
and Center.

14) Socks must be worn by all skaters for hygiene reasons and can be bought from the club for £1 per

15) Please do not leave valuables or personal items on tables or counters. Skating Edge is not                             responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.


16) Skating Edge Academy has the right to inspect all skates and bags when entering or leaving the building.

17) All Skates must be clean and in good condition with no sharp edges, missing wheels or black “stoppers”           to
 be used on skates or anything else which could potentially damage the rink or hurt other skaters.  

18) All outdoor skates must be inspected for the safety reasons (see item 17) above before use is allowed.

19) When the session is over please return your skates to the skate hire counter.

20) Skating Edge Academy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
